Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager

PWS Technical Services (UK) Ltd is a leading specialist contractor renowned for providing technically advanced and cost-effective solutions across various sectors. As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the Southern region.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Regional Sales Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing key client accounts in the geotechnical engineering sector.

The successful candidate will have excellent technical sales expertise and client development experience gained from working within the civil, structural, ground or geotechnical engineering sectors. You will possess a good understanding of the industry and be able to communicate effectively with clients at all levels.

We offer a competitive basic salary of £55,000 per annum, plus a lucrative commission scheme and an extensive benefits package. Our dedicated and ambitious growth plans provide longevity of career and opportunities for professional development.

Key Responsibilities:
