Headhunter and Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Headhunter and Business Development Manager to join our team at TC Group.
As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent within the accountancy sector, with a focus on Partners or senior staff looking to transition into new roles.
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong business development skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Developing and implementing effective business development strategies to attract top talent
- Building and maintaining relationships with senior management and stakeholders
- Managing the offer process for new recruits
- Liaising regularly with the Head of HR and Recruitment to ensure seamless communication
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience working as an internal recruiter, ideally gained within a professional services team
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex business development projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to an ever-changing landscape, demonstrating resilience, flexibility, and energy

- A salary range of £70,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience
