Headhunting Expert

We're looking for a skilled Internal Recruiter / Headhunter to join our dynamic team at TC Group, a leading UK accountancy firm. With a minimum of 2 years' experience in internal recruitment, preferably within a professional services environment, you'll be responsible for identifying and approaching potential candidates for senior roles.

This challenging role requires a strong understanding of recruiting specialist markets, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You'll work closely with the senior management team, providing regular updates and arranging meetings between candidates and stakeholders.

• Conduct thorough research to identify suitable candidates
• Utilise CV searching platforms to target senior candidates
• Foster relationships with potential candidates
• Screen CVs and conduct initial telephone interviews
• Provide timely updates to the senior management team
• Coordinate meetings between candidates and stakeholders
• Manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish

To excel in this role, you'll require:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in internal recruitment, preferably within a professional services team
• Previous experience with headhunting is essential
• Proven ability to work effectively with complex recruiting situations
• Skilled in managing diverse stakeholder groups
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with senior candidates and stakeholders
• Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
• Highly organised and detail-oriented
• Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Discretion and professionalism
