Headhunting Executive

Looking for a motivated and experienced Headhunting Executive to join our team at TC Group.

About the role:

• We are seeking a skilled Headhunting Executive to identify and attract top talent for senior roles within the company.
• The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience working in headhunting or executive search, ideally within a professional services team.

Main responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential candidates for senior roles within the company.
• Develop and execute targeted headhunting campaigns to attract top talent.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, hiring managers, and candidates.
• Conduct thorough background checks and reference verifications for shortlisted candidates.
• Present shortlisted candidates to the senior management team and facilitate the interview process.

About you:

• You will need a minimum of 2 years' experience working in headhunting or executive search, preferably within a professional services team.
• Prior experience with identifying and attracting top talent for senior roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Able to work independently, prioritising multiple tasks and managing competing deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills.
• Excellent IT skills, including a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office.
