Regional Health and Safety Advisor

Austin Fraser is seeking an experienced Regional Health and Safety Advisor to support health and safety across various sites in Cornwall.

The successful candidate will report directly to the SHEQ Lead and have a minimum of 1 year's experience within a construction health and safety role, holding NEBOSH construction or similar qualification. A good understanding of relevant SHEQ legislation and industry standards is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and review Health and Safety strategies for each site.
  2. Provide guidance and advice on the application of SHE management systems to site teams.
  3. Conduct site inspections and identify SHE risks, issues, and opportunities.

Salary: Up to £44,000 + car allowance depending on experience.

This role involves a mix of home working, office time, and travelling to sites in Cornwall. The ideal candidate will appreciate the flexibility of this role and have a full UK driver's license.
