About the Role:
- Develop and maintain efficient operational processes to support the publication of leading scientific journals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the editorial process.
- Manage and analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide training and support to authors, reviewers and editors on submission and publication procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in publishing operations.
Requirements:
- Have a solid understanding of publishing operations and workflows.
- Be able to analyze complex data and identify areas for improvement.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
