Job Description

At ECatering, we're revolutionizing the catering equipment market with a diverse product range, exceptional customer service, and efficient distribution.

This role is perfect for a 'hunter' – someone who thrives on identifying and closing new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

We're looking for an experienced sales professional to join our team in South Region. As an individual contributor, you will be directly responsible for managing your sales pipeline and achieving targets independently.

Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing a strategic sales plan, actively seeking out and engaging with new business opportunities, and proactively managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.

You will serve as the main contact for assigned strategic accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty, and develop, maintain, and grow relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the account.

In this role, you will operate as an individual contributor, effectively managing your own pipeline and priorities without direct team oversight.

The estimated salary for this position is around £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also enjoy additional benefits, including additional leave, canteen facilities, company events, discounted or free food, free parking, paid volunteer time, and sick pay.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales or business development role, ideally as an individual contributor in a hunter-style position.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, engage, and close new business opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of regional markets, customer behavior, and sales trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
