About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sous Chef to join our team at Ashdown Appointments. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in achieving our culinary goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head Chef in managing all sections of the kitchen
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase fresh, locally sourced produce
  • Ensure the highest standards of food quality and presentation
  • Lead a team of chefs in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to achieve awards and accolades for our cuisine

About Our Restaurant

We are a new restaurant opening in the UK, offering a unique dining experience that combines a café bar during the day with a fine dining space in the evening. Our restaurant plans to operate as a café bar during the day, serving brunch, lunch, teas, coffee cakes, and pastries, and then transform into a fine dining space for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings.
