Role Overview
As a Relief Chef, you will play a crucial role in our dynamic organization, collaborating with our senior culinary team to create delicious dishes that nourish both body and mind. This position is ideal for an experienced Senior Chef who thrives in independent work settings and seeks a fulfilling opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
• Cover for long-term sickness, general absences, holidays, and recruitment gaps.
• Ensure all dishes meet the company's quality and presentation standards.
• Assist in menu planning and development, considering dietary restrictions and seasonal ingredients.
• Adapt quickly to various kitchen environments and team dynamics.
• Fill in for permanent chefs as required, maintaining consistency and quality.
• Be available to work across multiple locations within the designated area.
• Collaborate with the catering team to execute special events and culinary initiatives.
• Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and teamwork.
Qualifications
• Previous experience in a similar role within contract catering or educational settings is preferred.
• Culinary degree or relevant certifications from a recognized culinary institution.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
