About the Role:

We are seeking a recent graduate or final-year student to join our rotational business development program, providing valuable experience in one of the world's leading healthcare companies.

Program Overview
  • This two-year rotational placement will expose you to various roles and departments, enabling you to gain a broad skill set and build a strong foundation for your future career in business.
  • You will complete four six-month rotations, each in a different area of our business, with opportunities to work in diverse locations and develop essential commercial awareness.

Mentorship and Support

You will be paired with experienced mentors who will provide guidance, support, and help you navigate your career path.

Learning and Development Opportunities

Access extensive learning and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, including on-the-job learning, development modules, and networking opportunities with professionals across functions and locations.

Career Progression

Upon completing the program, graduates have progressed to key roles within the business, such as Analyst Consultants, Procurement Specialists, Sales Process Managers, Regional Sales Managers, and Customer Service Managers.

About You:

You should be a recent graduate or in your final year of study, currently studying towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, management, or a related field.

As this is a permanent role, you must have ongoing eligibility to work in the UK.

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
