About the Role

  • We're seeking a Commercial Account Executive to join our Howden Consumer & Local Commercial team. In this role, you'll be responsible for building rapport with new and existing clients, from sole traders to MD/CEOs of large organisations.
  • With a strong passion for developing business through marketing, community engagement, and networking, you'll drive our presence in the market and identify new business opportunities.
  • You'll work closely with the Branch Manager to achieve objectives and be an active listener, taking the time to fully understand client requirements and advise on products and solutions.

Requirements

  • Experience in winning new business and building long-lasting relationships with B2B clients
  • Possession of a business curiosity and tenacity
  • Ability to question effectively and be an active listener
  • Consultative approach and willingness to learn
