Air Conditioning Business Development Lead

Mulberry Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Air Conditioning Product Manager to lead our brand strategy and operations. This role will be responsible for managing and developing our brand(s) in all countries, working closely with strategic partners to ensure efficient commercial and sales support.
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Job Description:This is a unique opportunity to join our team as an Air Conditioning Product Manager, where you will own the management and development of the brand(s) in all countries. You will work closely with strategic partners to ensure efficient commercial and sales support, evaluating and recommending new business opportunities to grow sales or margins.
You will provide an annual Brand Plan and data for inclusion in the Strategic and Operating Plans of the business, leading marketing and advertising promotional planning in entities for the brand(s).
This role requires the ability to deploy brand-related sales enablement and support processes/tools for supporting entities' organizations seamlessly in their commercial efforts at recruiting, developing, and retaining customers.
The successful candidate will also develop best practices across entities for improving Brand execution knowledge and effectiveness, supporting partners' sales teams in the execution of their joint plans focused on the best positioning of the Brand in the eyes of the customer.
Studying feasibility and forecasting of local customer campaigns will also be a key aspect of this role.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Commercial, Technical, or Marketing
- Good command of English and French (preferable)
- Mastery of office automation applications
