As an Air Conditioning Product Manager at Mulberry Recruitment, you will have the opportunity to lead our brand strategy and operations, driving business growth and development through effective brand management and partnership development.

Your key responsibilities will include managing and developing our brand(s) in all countries, working closely with strategic partners to ensure efficient commercial and sales support, and providing an annual Brand Plan and data for inclusion in the Strategic and Operating Plans of the business.

You will also lead marketing and advertising promotional planning in entities for the brand(s), deploying brand-related sales enablement and support processes/tools for supporting entities' organizations seamlessly in their commercial efforts at recruiting, developing, and retaining customers.

Other responsibilities include studying feasibility and forecasting of local customer campaigns, supporting partners' sales teams in the execution of their joint plans focused on the best positioning of the Brand in the eyes of the customer, and developing best practices across entities for improving Brand execution knowledge and effectiveness.

This role requires a strong understanding of commercial, technical, and marketing principles, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.

Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
