At LSH Auto Group, we are seeking an exceptional Parts Sales Development Manager to join our team.

Job Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive business growth in our parts operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

This is a field-based role that requires travel throughout the Manchester and Midlands areas. You will work closely with our Group Parts Manager to align business development strategies with our overall company objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to achieve parts sales targets in both market areas.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and markets to expand our parts operations.
  • Collaborate with the Group Parts Manager to ensure alignment with overall company objectives.

You will have:

  • Proven experience in business development, preferably within the automotive parts industry.
  • Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively.
What We Offer

We offer a highly competitive salary package, including an estimated £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus performance-related bonuses, contributory pension scheme, life assurance cover, and more.
