At Williams Bain, we are seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Development Manager to join our Key Account team. The ideal candidate will have experience in growing and developing key account sales, with a strong focus on building relationships with existing clients.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading player in the professional workwear industry, providing high-quality, innovative, and protective clothing solutions to valued customers across Europe.

The successful candidate will be responsible for learning how the current systems operate, integrating into the team, and mapping out key clients to increase revenue. They will also be expected to build relationships with existing clients, solve their problems, and exceed their expectations.

In 6 months, the candidate should be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of the business, including manufacturing, supply chain, distribution, service, sales, and marketing.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key objectives include:

  • Increasing sales and service through effective relationship-building and problem-solving
  • Gaining a thorough understanding of the business and its operations

The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be commercially minded, and have the ability to map and approach existing customers.
