Director of Business Development Sales

Grassroots Recruitment Limited is looking for a highly skilled Senior Sales Manager to lead its sales team in the manufacturing displays, exhibitions stands, and signage sectors. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of sales success and excellent communication skills.
The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth, managing client relationships, and conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations. The Senior Sales Manager will work closely with the design team to identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
- Manage and maintain client relationships to ensure repeat business
- Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs
Requirements:
- 10+ years of senior-level sales experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience within the manufacturing displays, exhibitions stands, and signage sectors preferred
What We Offer:
- An estimated salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience
