The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is seeking a skilled Senior Support Worker to join our Inverness service.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of front line staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.

You will play a key role in shaping the direction of our service, ensuring that our values and principles are upheld at all times.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide coaching and mentoring to front line staff, ensuring effective service delivery.
  2. Maintain accurate records of staff performance and progress.

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum

Qualifications and Experience

  • A relevant qualification or experience in a similar field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
