**Key Responsibilities**

We are looking for an experienced leader to join our team as a Head of Inclusive Care. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing local teams in various locations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that maximize resources and potential growth opportunities.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of people living with dementia, those at greater risk of dementia, and their families and friends. As a seasoned leader, you will have experience in managing people, supporting staff development, and promoting a positive culture.

The ideal candidate will have a high-level knowledge of dementia and substantial experience in service management and delivery, along with a relevant practice qualification to meet Scottish Social Services Council requirements.

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including pension scheme, flexible working hours, and opportunities for professional development.
