Job Description: Senior Care Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Care Manager to join our team in Inverness. As a Senior Care Manager, you will be responsible for leading our service team, providing strategic direction, and ensuring quality care and compliance.

About the Job:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, developing effective relationships with stakeholders, and overseeing the service's policies and procedures.

Your Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and motivate the care and administrative staff, ensuring high standards are maintained.
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Monitor weekly expenditures and work with the provider's budget plans to ensure budget adherence.
* Ensure all records are accurate, legible, and comply with statutory requirements.
