Registered Manager - The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead our service team. In this role, you will provide strategic direction, manage daily operations, and ensure quality care and compliance. Your expertise and passion for delivering exceptional patient care will drive our organization's mission forward.

You will develop effective relationships with our line manager and provider, uphold an open and inclusive management culture, and oversee our service's policies and procedures. Your ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively will be essential in achieving our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans that align with our company's vision and values.
  • Lead and manage a team of caregivers, ensuring they receive the necessary training and support to deliver high-quality care.
  • Collaborate with our line manager and provider to ensure seamless communication and alignment between departments.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
