MSK Team Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced MSK Physiotherapist to lead and develop our MSK Physiotherapy team in the Inverness and Ross-shire areas.
The successful candidate will have a significant role in progressing the Inverness MSK service, working strategically from early intervention through to discharge and signposting to assure safe, quality MSK care within the MSK team as part of Nhsscotland's strategy 2024-2027.
This is a key leadership position that requires strong clinical and management skills, with the ability to work closely with other MSK services in Nhsscotland, secondary and primary care leads, and allied health professionals.
A Job share, part time or a development post will be considered, under annex 21, if experience training and development is required over a longer period, to match the skills required for this role.
The salary for this position is approximately £44,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. A full current driving licence and use of a car for work purposes are essential.
