About the Role

As a Children's Home Assistant, you will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to meet the needs of children and young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise through comprehensive training and professional development.

No prior experience is required for this position, as we offer a thorough induction program and ongoing support. Qualifications and skills we seek include:

  • A caring and playful demeanor, with a passion for working with children and young people.
  • Basic IT skills and knowledge of the caring profession, along with a willingness to obtain a QCF qualification in working with children.
