This role requires a skilled and compassionate individual who can provide expert nursing care to individuals with complex needs, including tracheostomy and ventilator support. Regular travel across Lincolnshire is involved, requiring a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.

About the Job:

  1. Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients with complex needs
  2. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care services
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues
  4. Travel regularly across Lincolnshire, utilizing a reliable vehicle and maintaining a valid driver's license

About You:

  • Postgraduate degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
  • Current registration with the NMC as a qualified nurse
  • Proven experience working with children and individuals with complex needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
