Job Overview:

Salary:

£35,000 - £45,000 per annum

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Children's Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality care and support to children and young people.
  • Mentoring and guiding junior staff members to ensure best practices.
  • Supporting the daily living needs of children and young people.
  • Establishing meaningful relationships with children and young people.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 12 months of experience in the care sector.
  • A Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
