Childcare Specialist Position

About This Job:

In this specialist role, you will work closely with our experienced childcare team to deliver high-quality care and education to young children. Key responsibilities will include developing and implementing individualized programs, observing and recording children's progress, and maintaining a safe and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for children
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high-quality care and education

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in Child Development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. A passion for working with young children and their families is essential.

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in Child Development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Job Details:

Estimated Salary: $26,000 - $31,000 per annum

Contract Type: Fixed-term contract (9 months)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 6pm
