Nursery Education Specialist

We are seeking highly skilled Nursery Practitioners to join our team of childcare professionals at Teaching Personnel.
As a Nursery Practitioner with our agency, you will have the opportunity to work with young children and play a key role in their development and growth.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or an equivalent qualification and be passionate about working with children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
- Observe, monitor, and assess children's progress, documenting their achievements and developmental milestones.
- Build strong relationships with children and their families, ensuring open communication.
- Support children's emotional well-being and provide personal care tailored to their needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a safe, stimulating, and welcoming learning environment.
- Ensure all safeguarding practices are understood and implemented effectively.
- Contribute to fostering an inclusive atmosphere for all children.
About the Role:
This is a temporary position, with the option to become permanent. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary, estimated at £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
