Discover a rewarding career as an Administrative Services Coordinator at Nuffield Health Wessex Hospital.

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to join our team on a bank contract basis, working part-time hours between 8am - 6pm (Monday to Saturday).

The estimated salary for this role is £12.25 per hour.

In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for inputting theatre and outpatient bookings, liaising with various departments, medical secretaries, and patients. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to other hospital departments when required.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring complex administration meets all required standards and timescales.
  • Managing, appraising, and interpreting data, information, and/or situations.
  • Handling inquiries or queries efficiently and effectively, escalating where necessary.
  • Entering, modifying, maintaining, and presenting accurate data using electronic systems.
  • Preparing standard and ad-hoc reports as requested by the department.

To succeed in this role, you will require good IT and keyboard skills, effective communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and analytical abilities, excellent customer service skills, and a willingness to undertake training as necessary.
