About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented ISPA Administrator to join our team at Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust. As an ISPA Administrator, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to our Integrated Care Teams, ensuring seamless and consistent care to patients.

Main Responsibilities

  • Respond to patients, carers, and other professionals in a courteous and professional manner, upholding Trust Values.
  • Process telephone calls and electronic referrals, updating Electronic Patient Records as necessary.
  • Book appointments and patient transport, undertaking other administrative duties as specified by the team lead.
  • Liaise with Team Leaders, Community Matrons, and staff within the South West Hampshire Division to provide a safe and effective service to patients and carers.
  • Provide administrative support to the Integrated Care Teams, ensuring governance and confidentiality guidelines are adhered to.
  • Support colleagues within other administration teams, promoting better patient care and utilizing resources efficiently.
