About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented ISPA Administrator to join our team at Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust. As an ISPA Administrator, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to our Integrated Care Teams, ensuring seamless and efficient care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to patients, carers, and other professionals in a courteous and professional manner, upholding Trust Values.
  • Process telephone calls and electronic referrals, updating Electronic Patient Records as necessary.
  • Book appointments for daily visits and clinics, and arrange patient transport as directed.
  • Undertake other administrative duties within the ISPA as specified by the team lead.
  • Liaise with Team Leaders, Community Matrons, and staff within the South West Hampshire Division to provide a safe, effective, and timely service to patients and carers.

Person Specification

Essential qualifications include RSA 2 Word processing or equivalent, GCSEs at grade C or equivalent, including Mathematics and English Language, and a current UK/EU driving license.
