About the Role

The ISPA Administrator will play a vital role in providing administrative support to the Integrated Community Teams (ICTs), Frailty Support Team, and other multidisciplinary staff within the division. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering telephone calls, processing referrals, and updating electronic patient records in a timely and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to patients, carers, and other professionals in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Process telephone calls and referrals in accordance with service specifications and operating procedures.
  • Update electronic patient records and maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Book appointments and patient transport as directed.
  • Undertake other administrative duties as specified by the team lead.
  • Liaise with team leaders, community matrons, and staff within the division to provide a safe and effective service to patients and carers.
  • Provide administrative support to the Integrated Care Teams and ensure governance and confidentiality guidelines are adhered to.
  • Support colleagues within other administration teams and adhere to HR policies.
