About the Role:

Hampshire County Council is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrative Officer to join our Younger Adults Business Support Service team. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to our Approved Mental Health Practitioner and Mental Health Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of administrators to deliver exceptional administrative support
  • Develop and implement administrative processes to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Monitor and coordinate team capacity to manage workload and ensure administrative support needs are met
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Communicate effectively with Service Managers and Team Managers to establish administrative support needs

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in team management and administrative support
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
