Key Responsibilities:- Update internal systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Chase clients for relevant paperwork to maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate contractor bookings and ensure smooth site operations.
- Verify that the site has up-to-date H&S documents and COSHH information.
- Prepare documents and capture site testing data.
- Support the team with ad-hoc tasks and provide administrative assistance.
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to resolve queries.
- Immediate availability.
- Previous experience in construction is beneficial.
- Compliance background is advantageous.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in administrative tasks.
£15.00 per hour, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
This role requires a proactive and organized individual to join our team.
