Pertemps is seeking a Compliance Administrator to support a leading Construction company in Eastleigh. This is a temporary to permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Update internal systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Chase clients for relevant paperwork to maintain accurate records.
  3. Coordinate contractor bookings and ensure smooth site operations.
  4. Verify that the site has up-to-date H&S documents and COSHH information.
  5. Prepare documents and capture site testing data.
  6. Support the team with ad-hoc tasks and provide administrative assistance.
  7. Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to resolve queries.
Requirements:
  1. Immediate availability.
  2. Previous experience in construction is beneficial.
  3. Compliance background is advantageous.
  4. Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  5. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Proficient in administrative tasks.
Role Details:

£15.00 per hour, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.

This role requires a proactive and organized individual to join our team.
