We're looking for a highly skilled Maintenance Team Lead to join our team at Network Rail.

As a key member of our rail network team, you'll be responsible for managing a section of our rail network, leading a large maintenance team and driving safety and efficiency across diverse works.

With a focus on planning, inspecting and implementing important tactical works, you'll be personally responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality maintenance services to our customers.

Requirements

  • Experience of managing the production and delivery of a comprehensive and compliant work programme

  • Knowledge of discipline-specific maintenance, inspection, faulting and renewal techniques
  • Able to lead and implement change and improvement initiatives
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, both in person and in writing
  • Comfortable working shifts including days, nights and weekends
