Maintenance Team Lead Position

\

We are seeking a seasoned Maintenance Team Lead to join our Network Rail team. As a critical member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of various maintenance, inspection, faulting, and renewal projects across multiple sites.

\

Your key responsibilities will include leading a high-performing team, establishing and enforcing safety protocols, conducting regular quality checks, and maintaining accurate records. You will also be expected to develop and implement effective strategies to improve team performance, efficiency, and overall output.

\

To excel in this role, you must possess exceptional leadership and organizational skills, as well as a deep understanding of discipline-specific maintenance techniques and relevant industry standards. Additionally, you must hold essential competencies such as COSS CRP and PC, Tr04, and Tr11.

\

The salary for this position is approximately £58,000 - £68,000 per annum, based on your qualifications and experience.
