We are seeking a seasoned Senior New Business Development Executive to spearhead revenue expansion and augment our market presence. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to contribute to our success.

The ideal candidate will be based in the UK, with flexibility to work from home up to 2 days a week under our hybrid working policy.

This role is perfect for those who thrive in fast-paced environments, are adept at building strong relationships, and have a proven track record of delivering new business opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue high-value new business opportunities across various markets and industries.
  • Develop and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and suppliers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform business development decisions.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in business development or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering new business opportunities and meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Compensation Package: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus benefits and bonus structure.
