Financial Performance Specialist

New opportunity - up to £35,000 per annum. Premier Group Recruitment are working with a dynamic client who is looking for a highly skilled Finance Business Partner.
This role offers the opportunity to support the overall finance function, contribute to insightful reporting, and proactively drive improvements in financial performance.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs, translating those into actionable plans.
- Reporting and Analysis: Delivering timely and accurate monthly and ad-hoc reporting within the finance team and to other business areas.
- Financial Strategy: Supporting the Director of Finance and CFO with timely, relevant information for strategic assessments and contributing to key financial decision-making.
- Monthly Management Accounts: Contributing to the production of monthly accounts, board pack content, P&Ls, balance sheets, management information, and rolling forecasts.
- System and Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities for efficiency, streamlining reporting processes, and enhancing document production for smoother finance function operations.
This role requires a strong understanding of financial systems, excellent analytical skills, and high numeracy. A current or recently completed accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) is also essential.
