BMS Performance seeks an experienced Senior Automation Specialist to join its dynamic team based in Oxfordshire.

The ideal candidate will oversee project planning, execution, and completion related to automated industrial laundry equipment solutions.

Key responsibilities include ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £55,690 per annum, plus benefits.

Job Description:

  • Manage projects from conception to release (design, procurement, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and handover)
  • Deliver projects successfully within agreed-upon cost, time, and scope parameters
  • Travel across the UK and potentially worldwide to meet clients face-to-face
  • Maintain frequent communication with clients' other business departments
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups and process improvements for team members

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management within automation or capital equipment or MEP
  • Comfortable with occasional travel across the UK
  • Proficiency in 2D, 3D CAD (desirable)
  • Minimum HNC/HND in mechanical engineering or above
  • Prince 2 certification (desirable)
