We are currently seeking a 3rd Shift Header Operator to join our team at our Oxford, MS facility.

About the Role:">
  • ">
  • Set up and operate automated machines to perform complex tasks.">
  • Perform inspections using optical equipment and other measurement tools.">
  • Adjust machine controls to synchronize operations for customized jobs.">
  • Read and understand tool layouts and part progressions.">
  • Conduct developmental set-ups and prototyping on new parts.">
  • Collaborate with colleagues on machine setups and operational specifications.">
  • Detect machine malfunctions and verify setup conformity.">
  • Measure and inspect formed parts to ensure product specifications.">
  • Apply knowledge of blueprints to determine tolerances and operation sequences.">
  • Position work pieces through dies to shape stock and form die impressions.">
  • Adjust wedges and brass settings for synchronized machine operations.">
  • Maintain and replace tooling when worn or broken.">
  • Remove tooling from machines after production runs.">
  • Operate overhead crane, forklift, and hand truck to move supplies.">
  • Use measuring instruments to record quality information.">
Requirements and Qualifications:">

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year based on location and experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency in operating automated machines, ability to read blueprints, and knowledge of quality control processes.
