Games Performance Optimization Specialist

Harnham is supporting a bespoke games studio on a key Senior Games Analyst hire. As a specialist in game performance optimisation, you will play a crucial role in improving user experience and enhancing game revenue.

Your responsibilities will include creating and sustaining queries and visualisations to monitor key metrics, analysing game performance variability and conducting in-depth analysis to understand player behaviour.

About the Role:

  • Analyse game performance data to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to enhance game experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in game analytics and data science
  • Strong technical skills in SQL and Python
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field

Estimated Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum + 50% bonus

Location: Oxford, working 5 days a week
