Game Development QA Lead

As a Game Development QA Lead, you will oversee the quality assurance process for multiple unannounced video game projects across Rebellion studios. Your key responsibilities include:
- Team Leadership: Direct the QA team by example, maintain high morale, and provide constructive feedback to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Performance Management: Proactively manage team performance, facilitate professional development, and coordinate with project stakeholders to drive success.
- Resource Allocation: Coordinate QA resources effectively, act as an escalation point for testing and QA, and participate in strategy development to optimize results.
- Hardware and Software Management: Monitor, distribute, and request hardware and software for the QA team to ensure they have the necessary tools for efficient testing.
- Expertise and Mentoring: Provide regular direction, mentoring, and coaching to QA team members to help them grow professionally.
Requirements:
- A proven background in managing QA teams in video game development, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.
- Excellent knowledge of people management, game testing models, and bug tracking software to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- A strong ability to evaluate best courses of action using data analysis and creative thinking to drive decision-making.
- The capacity to balance resources, skills, priorities, and timescales to meet project deadlines.
