Rebellion, a renowned video game development studio, is seeking an experienced Game Development Director to lead the design of an unannounced project. As the vision holder for this project, you will be responsible for ensuring consistency and timely delivery of high-quality design across all aspects of the game.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to shape the development right from the start and empower the Design Team in all facets of the design and development process. You will identify and communicate ongoing design strategy, risks, priorities, and regular updates to key stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have exceptional leadership and people management skills, with expertise in creating game design documents and prototype specifications. They will understand the audience for the game, ensuring the design serves the target audience.

The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
