Technical Lead for Video Game Development

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our team of talented developers. Located in the heart of Oxford, this role offers a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and be part of a dynamic and innovative company.
As a key member of our tech team, you will be responsible for designing and developing internal tools and public-facing APIs to support our game engine team. You will work closely with other teams to fix bugs and resolve issues, and will be comfortable communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in building performant and distributed backend APIs, as well as efficiently utilising 3rd party services. They will also have experience working with databases such as MySQL and no SQL database, and be familiar with cloud environments like AWS.
This is an excellent opportunity to build exciting business-critical systems from the ground up, and to be part of a company that values innovation and creativity. We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
