QA Manager for Video Games

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Manager for Video Games to lead our QA team across multiple projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and Overseeing QA Approach: Create and implement effective QA strategies to ensure the highest quality games are delivered.
- Managing Team Performance: Foster a positive team culture, provide constructive feedback, and support professional growth and development.
- Coordinating QA Resources: Allocate resources effectively, act as an escalation point for testing and QA, and participate in strategy development.
- Providing Expertise and Mentoring: Share your expertise with the team, provide guidance, and coach individuals to help them achieve their full potential.
Salary: £65,000 - £90,000 per annum, dependent on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including 22 days holidays, Private Medical Insurance, and EAP for Mental Health and Wellbeing Support.
