As a fraud risk specialist in our Counter Fraud Services team based in West Sussex, you will play a vital role in protecting our business from fraud risks.
Your responsibilities will include completing complex desktop research reports, reviewing and analyzing fraudulent claims and policies, and managing fraud operations. You will be responsible for receiving, triaging, and disseminating all sourced intelligence, ensuring full compliance with our financial crime procedures and policies at all times.
To excel in this role, you will need strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills. You must maintain confidentiality and have the ability to work flexibly, often working from home and part-time in the office.
In terms of experience, you should have proven motor insurance claims and policy experience. Familiarity with fraud intelligence handling in the general insurance environment is desirable.
The ideal candidate will possess good communication skills, both verbal and written, negotiation and influencing skills, and time management and organization skills. They should also have strong customer service skills, basic to intermediate Excel spreadsheet skills, and good report writing skills.
We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including flexible working arrangements and opportunities for career growth and development.
