Personal Injury Claims Manager

Salary: The salary for this role is £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, based on experience.
Job Description:** As a Large Loss Claims Handler, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value claims, ensuring timely and effective resolution, and building strong relationships with stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing claims files from start to finish, ensuring accurate reserve setting and effective communication with stakeholders;
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient claim resolution;
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks and fraud;
- Delivering business goals and objectives through proactive claim management.
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of the claims process and relevant laws and regulations;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
- A self-motivated and proactive approach to claim management.
