Key Responsibilities:
  1. Proactively manage and efficiently process a portfolio of third-party claims
  2. Inform policyholders of the claim process and manage their expectations
  3. Review estimates/invoices and arrange engineering or outsourced assessments where required
  4. Review documentation, raise payments in line with reserves, and carry out a basic assessment of litigation documents
  5. Instruct legal suppliers and dispute cases where necessary
The successful candidate will have a strong background in Motor Insurance claims, knowledge of FCA requirements and fraud controls, good communication skills, and excellent customer service skills. This is a 37.5 hour week, Monday to Friday, with a salary range of £25,000 - £28,000 (depending on experience) and an impressive benefits package, including pension, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, discounts, and more.
