BeBee Professionals is seeking a Director of Finance to lead our finance team in Halesowen, United Kingdom.

About the Role

This is a strategic leadership position that requires a strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting. The successful candidate will have proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports, forecasts, and budgets for senior management review.
  • Monitor and manage the company's cash flow to ensure financial stability.
  • Oversee month-end and year-end financial processes, including audits.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and be proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel. ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification is preferred.

  • Leading the finance team to achieve financial goals.
  • Developing and implementing financial strategies.
