Job Title: Sales Director

Job Summary:

Expert Executive Recruiters (EER Global) is seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the UK market. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strong relationships with customers, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth, achieve sales quotas, and exceed customer expectations.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, collaborating with the management team to grow the business.
  • Account Management: Ensure the timely delivery of solutions to customers, clearly communicating progress to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on account status, forecasting and tracking key account metrics, and providing insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Education: BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.
  • Experience: Proven success as a Sales Manager, including multi-year sales growth with customers, and consistent achievement of quotas.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience selling DIY services/solutions/products in an online retail environment, with a strong understanding of the UK market.
  • Skills: Online savvy, critical eye for online content and reviews, excellent communication and presentation skills, and experience with MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
