Business Development Manager

Psixty Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join their team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and expanding a portfolio of business accounts, working across various sectors to promote our client's solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities through a mix of self-generated leads and company resources.
  • Client Engagement: Present tailored solutions to clients at all levels, including on-site operations and boardroom stakeholders.
  • Proposal Management: Work with the bid team to project manage the creation and submission of high-quality proposals.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's growth strategy.
  • Sustainability Advocacy: Help businesses transition to more sustainable and circular business models, reducing their environmental impact.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within the environmental sector.
  • Strong Track Record: Strong track record of selling outsourced solutions based on efficiency, to commercial and industrial clients.
  • Confidence and Gravitas: Confidence and gravitas to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver compelling, solution-driven proposals.
  • Ability to Work Independently: Ability to work independently, managing a sales pipeline and collaborating effectively with the bid team.
