Business Development Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team at Command Recruitment. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing motor dealer accounts, as well as actively canvassing and acquiring new business from target dealer accounts in your designated territory.
Key Responsibilities:
* Researching and maintaining a first-class knowledge of your territory and the opportunities within it
* Developing and coaching the performance of new and existing dealers by driving bespoke training solutions to support their warranty sales
* Actively finding new ways to win business from target accounts with the use of our consultative sales process
